It’s time to debut my 20 pound bias cut denim skirt. Why is it 20 pounds you ask? It’s 20 pounds because it’s cut on the bias. 🙂 I absolutely love the fullness of the denim skirt in addition to the way the fabric drapes on my body. But good grief what the heck was I thinking. 🙁 I used almost 5 yards of denim. Why did I use denim versus a lighter fabric?….Because I Can. I need to give a shout out to my Glam Fairies for the lovely denim. They take such good care of me…what more could I possible want.
I used my favorite Vogue pattern another one of my TNT’s…tried and true. I’ve probably made this skirt at least 5 times for myself and for others.
Heck – I even used my embroidery stitch for the first time. Not too shabby huh?
My earrings are almost as big as my head. 🙂 Sunglasses are from Target. They are not prescription so I can’t see more than 5 feet away. They are strictly for pics. I have no idea where I purchased the necklace from but here is an option.
Twirl – Twirl – Twirl – that is exactly what a bias cut denim skirt is supposed to do. 🙂 I’m keeping things short and sweet – just keep staring at the denim skirt.
Thanks for stopping by. Gotta Go….Gotta Sew.
